Yeaah, considering he was beginning to give information and was under suicide watch, I have a really, really hard time believing he was able to commit suicide. I'm normally not a conspiracy theorist, but in this case, I am very suspicious of this being actual suicide.

Prison guards tend not to like predators and it can be easy for them to let a prisoner hurt himself or worse.

In general, I would agree, though this case has such far reaching consequences, you would think that guards would be less willing to step out of line or let things slip as there are so many eyes watching.
