WaPo: Sessions spoke twice with Russian ambassador during campaign

As much as I do not like Sessions and don't think he should be AG (because of his overt racism and other issues), I don't think he's part of the Russian "conspiracy." I do believe he talked with the Russian ambassador as part of his job, which is why he didn't even think about it. It was just normal, every-day work talk.

He should, however, not be involved in any investigation on the Russian issue.

I mean, let's get these guys who do have Russian ties. It's a really big deal, and it most certainly involves Mr 45 himself. But let's not go overboard and paint everyone with the same brush, especially since that might make us look more like conspiracy theorists than anything else. There are plenty of other connections to Russia without harassing Sessions about doing his job.

He also has to occasionally do his real job, though, too?
