The proportion of Americans with private insurance is lower now than it was before the ACA

And for the billionth time, insurance is not care. Obamacare premiums are in many cases so ridiculous that the cost is prohibitive right off the bat

The vast majority (87%) of ACA expansion happened through Medicaid. Medicaid is NOT correlated with increased health outcomes nor a decrease in emergency room visits

In fact, and you can google this, emergency room usage is higher now than it was before

You didn't address any of my points at all. Who cares whether the uninsured are getting private insurance or Medicaid? The fact remains that ~20,000,000 Americans (the estimates vary) have insurance thanks to the ACA, and any of those 20,000,000 who survived cancer since then had their lives saved by the ACA.

Every gop healthcare plan will be disaster.

Yep, just think about it. If the ACA is really as bad as they say it is, they must be pretty dumb and incompetent to not be able to come up with something better.

Define "good"

Any improvement on the ACA would be good, or a move towards single-payer, of course.

and for them?

They could get rid of the individual mandate, I suppose. Thing is, the ACA is the Republican plan.

Not going to celebrate until after September 30th ......

This. Hopefully they won't be holding votes open until 11:59 PM...

Or worse, do what the South Carolina General Assembly has sometimes done when facing a hard deadline, stop the clock as far as official time is concerned.

HAH? They can do that!?
