Progress on combating global warming, as well as reforming the immigration system. 

Also, I do not see McCain as having the same level of difficulty as President Bush has in pushing through his nominees for the courts -even with a Democratic Congress.  Congressional Democrats do not have the same level of antipathy toward him that they currently have with President Bush.  Therefore, if McCain wants to nominate a Roberts or an Alito, I wouldn't put it past them to confirm those nominees.
