If Newman can’t take out Lipinski, this rando can’t take out the Borough Boss.

Crowley paid Global Strategy Group $22,000 for polling in mid-May but he never released the results.

Now THAT is something.

All the mailers that Crowley has sent out to Ocasio-Cortez’s address, lol.

Makes sense. Though that is a lot of primary mail.

Ocasio-Cortez says that she's a "Democratic Socialist" and is a member of the DSA. However, her policies AREN'T democratic socialist...they are social democratic.

She's actually an advocate for social democracy NOT democratic socialism. It's a common mistake that many young progressives especially since Bernie's campaign have made.

"Social Democracy" and "Democratic Socialism" are etymologically identical terms that refer to building - You guessed it! - socialism by democratic means, with the two terms only differing in certain political contexts. I take no issue with using the Democratic Socialist moniker to describe the new wave of left-of-American Liberalism we've been seeing to varying extents of the past couple of years, given that the Social Democracy is a term absent in American political parlance and the main figure in the movement proudly refers to himself as the latter.

Anyway, as stated on the New Place, I fully expect AOC to be one of the most visible Congresspeople in the entire country in just a years time - Just imagine how many rambling midnight toilet tweets Trump will dedicate to her once she's actually in office?

Definitively wrong, as any political theory class, or even Wikipedia, will make clear. FDR was a social democrat -- as am I -- and he was also definitely a capitalist.

Is Crowley supporting AOC? Yes.

If he not going the extra mile to get taken off the WFP line since it's actually a fair bit of work? Yes.

Is Alexandria Ocascio-Cortez a 26-year old with a majorly inflated ego throwing a temper tantrum to raise so money? Yes.

Of course the resident establishment hacks are going to defend Crowley sneaking his way on the ballot through electoral technicalities and even somehow find a way to turn this into an attack on AOC. Pathetic.
God forbid he correctly change his address to Virginia. LOL.
Crowley doesn't live in Virginia. LOL.

The largest anger behind the scenes coming from the whole Twitter spat in which Ocasio Cortez claimed that Crowley was going to attempt a 3rd Party Run, with Dem Representatives saying that those type of inexperienced outbursts could be responsible for costing Democrats The House of Representatives this year.

Holy crap. Democratic elected representatives are even more out of touch than I thought they were if they genuinely believe that some random candidate from Queens is going to cost Democrats the House. The Republicans nominated a literal Nazi in Illinois. A literal Nazi. Yet Ocasio Cortez getting in an immature Twitter argument with Crowley will cost Democrats the House.

These people are a joke.
They are absolutely terrified of her and what she represents. They know they’re not going to last long in this political moment. But instead of trying to stymie potential challenges by moving to the left, they’re lashing out like wounded animals.

Just because they’re Democrats doesn’t mean they’re not the enemy as well.

You’re normally a pretty good poster, so I’d advise you to cool it with “enemy” talk. Big tent parties have plenty of room for diverse perspectives and all hands on deck to combat Trumpism. Everyone’s getting WAY too worked up about old dinosaurs like Pascrell overreacting to AOC flubbing one interview.
