Of course Franken should resign. Even if it adds a theoretically vulnerable open seat to an already uphill map.

I doubt Ellison wants to run for Senate. Not sure who would be a good candidate here. Nolan, maybe. Though he's old, and defending his seat in the House might be tough.

FYI everyone Sam Spade said that Al Franken was perv back in 2008 he said that Franken would sexually assault coworkers on SNL in the 80s and that his aunt was assaulted my Franken on the subway.
