He is. Badger is that 1% of "Republicans" who always vote D in the exit polls lol

I definitely wouldn't say always. Though in the age of trump it's hard to give a support to Federal candidates. I voted close to a straight Republican ticket in 2014

Ignoring the fact that neither house of the Ohio General Assembly ever holds special elections, it is almost literally impossible to win the Ohio Senate majority with the current map.
