House Speaker Paul Ryan and Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders are coming to the George Washington University just ahead of President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration to talk about legislative priorities and governing under the new administration.

CNN’s Chris Cuomo will host the town hall with Sen. Sanders, I-Vt., on Jan. 9. Sen. Sanders will take questions and discuss major issues facing the nation as well as Democrats’ strategy for the Trump administration.

CNN Anchor and Chief Washington Correspondent Jake Tapper will sit down with House Speaker Ryan, R-Wis., on Jan. 12, and the two will discuss the House Republican’s “Better Way” agenda for the new administration and take questions from the audience about the GOP’s strategy for President-elect Trump’s first 100 days in office.

Both one-hour events start at 9 p.m. and will air on CNN and CNN International. They will be live-streamed online and across mobile via CNNgo and CNN SiriusXM channel 116. Hashtags for the events are #SandersTownHall and #RyanTownHall.
