If Obama didn't have an obstructionist Republic congress to deal with I honestly think he would have gone down with the likes of Roosevelt and Kennedy; 'alas with the hand he's been dealt he's still been a great, steady-handed President without a single real scandal to his name and quite a few major policy achievements.

Disagree he is a a nice guy but one of the weaker Dem presidents in the last century. FDR changed politics & even economics throughout the world with adopting Keynesian economics. He was a revolutionary. LBJ was by far one of the most successful legislative geniuses that there was - Look at Medicare, Medicaid, Food stamps n so on. I understand the Vietnam war n LBJ has to take responsibility for that mess but his work on the issues was legendary IMO!

As much hate as Bill Clinton gets for welfare reform, mass incarceration, wall street deregulation & NAFTA, his period has one of the biggest economic booms with rising wages, huge research & the surge of the internet & relative peace with no stupid wars. He governed like a Republican & Republicans would have worshiped him today instead of Reagan if he was GOP but he left a surplus year after year something historic which has never been done.

Obama did some good things, but Obamacare was a weak option for the supermajority he has, it is completely falling apart from with Aetna withdrawing, many other insurance companies threatening to leave, costs set to rise as companies have asked for 75-80% rise is some cases. 0 Republicans voted for Affordablecare & there should have been a public option.

There has been no increase in Minimum Wage for almost 7 years now. I mean Republican presidents & Bush has done more for the minimum wage than Obama has. He has not fought for any of these issues like he has for the TPP disaster. Look at this priorities. What has he done college fees have zoomed up? Has he really fought for the Infra spending increase?

And we have to recognize the economy is in a mess, 8 years have almost  gone n there is barely any growth, home ownership, real median wages are in a dismal state.

I understand the Republicans have been incredibly obstructionist but Obama has not for any of these issues passionately. He gave up on mid-terms & House-Senate races with compared to his Presidency where he campaigned like a frenzied madman - He is happy to be President even if nothing gets done - Do you see any regret over what little he has accomplished?
