So the DNC became frustrated with Bernie for denying requests and not responding to leadership when they called or emailed. Look at how the Bernie camp responded to the data breach and the lengths to which the DNC had to go to to get his campaign to respond.

By the end of the primary one email exchange brings up a line of attack that was never used.

I would say DWS and her top aides used restraint in this case and the emails demonstrate that the Hillary campaign wasn't in on some conspiracy to deny Sanders the nomination.

But muh rigged system.
