I don't believe this. Feingold is probably up, but only by single digits. I think Johnson will overperform Trump by 4, but the problem is he needs to overperform by about 6 or 7 to win.

I trust Marquette and Monmouth about equally. Would love to see a third pollster take a look.
PPP should poll Wisconsin. I also would be curious to see what Quinnipiac and Rasmussen polls would show, for this and the presidential race there.
