Opinion Savvy has peculiar numbers

No other poll has Trump lower than 28.  they have 20
No other poll has Cruz lower than 23  These folks have 19
Rubio's number matches his highest
Rand Paul is double his highest

Someone was drunk when they did this...

Georgia for Trump
Opinion Savvy 23
