FEC filings, usually.  I found Marjorie Taylor Greene's home address in Rome GA in about 20 seconds.

If they use a PO Box address (like Susan Collins) or aren't elected officials (like Alito), you can usually still find it on Google anyway.

I've done this sort of thing when playing around with redistricting maps to see whether or not incumbents would still live inside the districts I was drawing.
