They aren't pulling out of Florida...they're rearranging their investments to shift money into Missouri and North Carolina.

Well, they still pulled 40% of their Florida advertising. That's still noteworthy.

It is, but Democrats are getting crushed in outside spending as well. We don't have the luxury of dumping money into races we'd like to win but don't appear to be as winnable as others (such as NC/MO, for now anyway)

I would have thought Democrats would get their sugardaddies to dig deep this cycle, given the potential benefits, but nope. Democrats are now setting themselves up for a long time in the Senate minority if we only claw back a bare majority this year and then get blown out in 2018. Donors like Steyer and Soros should be pumping tens of millions into Senate ads right now, and Clinton should be funneling money to the Murphy effort to take out Rubio (so as to reduce his chances in 2020). This is arguably the best election cycle we'll have for possibly another 6 years or more.

No, just the end of pretty much all of Hillary's domestic agenda.

Really, how much was she going to get done anyway with the House in GOP hands? Obama/Democrats had a fairly nice Senate majority for 4 years with Republicans in the House and Congress was essentially useless during that period. I'm unsure why Republicans, who are already planning to obstruct her agenda and have convinced their base she is a criminal that needs to be locked up, would work with her on anything significant from her agenda.

I'm not saying it's useless to have a Senate majority, it's certainly not for multiple reasons, but I always understood the key to major policy achievements was complete control and not divided control.

Also, I don't see how this is RIP majority. We just need 4 seats if she wins, and that is still perfectly doable.
