lol @ that image and the "strange object" label. That's not a strange object. Though it's pretty obvious why that phrase is used - Makes her perceived more negatively.

That looks far more convincing. Considering the reports of him admitting it and this video, I'd say he was likely the one who grabbed her. At least that's what the majority of the evidence so far suggests.

Also, I don't know what Corey Lewandowski looks like, so I'm not entirely sure what to be looking for in the "damning" video, but I don't really see any pushing, shoving, or grabbing there.

Well it's already established someone did bruise her up, so the question is who, as you said. The video clearly shows Corey quickly moving towards her with his arm/hand out while the agent seems oblivious. Given that there were reports of him admitting he did it, I think it's fair to say that there is far more reason to think Corey did it then anyone else.

In regards to Breitbart - I think it's funny that people are resigning there and that Breitbart in general seems to be backing Trump. They are nothing but a right-wing propaganda firm masquerading as a "news" site, so it's no surprise what is going on with that. The last thing they care about is real news, or accuracy, or integrity. So again, no surprise they threw their people under the bus - And for someone like Trump even.

...

And while his (ever shrinking) base is eating it up, he is probably ensuring that he couldn't beat anyone in the General Election.

Is there actually any evidence of this?

And btw, compared to all the borderline insane stuff Trump himself has said and done during the past year, I really do not think this is that big a deal (though the his campaign has handled it as hilariously as you'd expect). Certainly can't see many of his fans rethinking their support over it.

Well, there is this: http://www.politico.com/story/2016/03/trumps-popularity-nosedives-in-critical-stretch-221320 as well as all the polls showing his performances in GE matchups v Sanders/Clinton collapsing from a peak a month ago or so where he was polling much closer. It's pretty clear now I think that his support is dropping - Which may or may not be temporary. Only time will tell.

As for Trump's gaffe armor - It's  unreasonable to think that he wouldn't eventually go too far, or that all his numerous offenses wouldn't pile up and eventually turn some people off to his candidacy.

Even someone like Trump should never take his base of unwavering support for granted. Even he can push ardent supporters away. At this point, he's better off significantly moderating his behavior and actually learning some policy, but as PeteB said, he just doesn't get it. He thinks he is untouchable and that is a very poor mistake.
