It's really hard to see a path for White, it would have to be a massive drop in turnout which I suppose is possible but a massive drop (enough for White to win) in the runoff seems unlikely

I find this primary map very aesthetic. Is there some kind of competition and antagonism going on between Dallas and Houston?
Late but Lupe is from Dallas, Andrew White is from Houston
