Week Ten

October 31

Miami(OH) at Ohio - homers win it on Halloween

November 1

Central Michigan at Western Michigan - homers win it

November 2

Northern Illinois at Toledo - Toledo is good

Navy at Temple - This is unanimous so far, hmm....

November 3

Marshall at Florida Atlantic - Kiffin hasn't let me down....yet
UCLA at Utah - Utah wins narrowly at home

November 4

Penn State
at Michigan State - These next 2 would be nice upsets

Ohio State at Iowa

Clemson at NC State

Virginia Tech at Miami(FL) - I still happen to think Miami is legit, close win at home

Oregon at Washington - meh

Stanford at Washington State - one more washington loss and pac 12 is out of playoff?

South Florida at Connecticut - CT lol

UCF at SMU - I almost went to this game, upset in Dallas

Arizona at USC - USC wins but only because they are at home

Colorado at Arizona State - despite USC loss, Arizona State is pretty good

Minnesota at Michigan - ah home field saves again

Wisconsin at Indiana - big upset pick of the week, Indiana stuns at home

Auburn at Texas A&M - Iron bowl coulldddd decide it all or maybe not

Illinois at Purdue - guess you could call this a big upset pick too

Kansas State at Texas Tech - Kansas state has impressed me more lately

Western Kentucky at Vanderbilt - meh

Baylor at Kansas hopefully 0-12 Baylor if only because they are in Kansas Wink

Syracuse at Florida State
- FSU wins at home, plus bowl game is on the line by the end
Georgia Tech at Virginia - meh idk, I think Virginia wins at home

Appalachian State at Louisiana-Monroe - pretty clear I think

South Carolina at Georgia - same

Wake Forest at Notre Dame - please prove me wrong

Iowa State at West Virginia - underestimate Iowa State at your own risk Sad

Maryland at Rutgers - I think Maryland

Army at Air Force - Air Force is better than some think

Northwestern at Nebraska - Northwestern has competed with top 10 teams multiple times this year

Oklahoma at Oklahoma State - forgetting big 12 play for a second, Oklahoma State is likely eliminated from playoff contention, TCU vs OU may determine too the next week

Mississippi at Kentucky - Kentucky at home

Colorado State at Wyoming - again Wyoming is impressive so far

UT San Antonio at Florida International - we love the roadrunners!

Texas at TCU - you know with a couple of slightly different outcomes this could determine big 12 championship contention, especially if Texas had beaten OU

Southern Mississippi at Tennessee - they are lucky this is at home

LSU at Alabama - nah not gonna happen

They took Michigan into overtime, Wisconsin hasn't really proven itself yet imo and I think they may be caught by surprise, it'll be a close game regardless, though. (Wisconsin is favored by 10.5 in the odds right now which I think is probably their ceiling)

Big 12 will probably get in, I think the only conference that is out for sure is Pac 12 right now because RIP

I kind of doubt UCF can get in since CFP Poll has them starting at #18

Well, Western Michigan led for almost the whole game, but Central Michigan staged a major comeback and won the game, we unanimously picked Western Michigan so guess we don't take a hit except % wise....

And, honestly, percentage should only come into play if two or more people have the same number of wins.
meh, I include % because I think it's fun to play for if you started late or missed a game etc, still a good indicator

November 8

Toledo at Ohio - Toledo is the superior team here

Eastern Michigan at Central Michigan - giving it to the homers here

November 9

North Carolina at Pittsburgh - UNC RIP

November 10

Temple at Cincinnati - Temple has momentum following their big win over Navy

Washington at Stanford - Pac 12's playoff hopes formally end I guess?

November 11

Georgia at Auburn - As does the hope of two SEC teams in the playoff Wink

Alabama at Mississippi State - Bama is too good for this one, although in terms of the LSU game they honestly did come close to losing in terms of the stats Tongue

Florida State at Clemson - Woof this is at Clemson but I just have a feeling

TCU at Oklahoma - Another "upset", I will give reasoning though. A. OU isn't used to playing teams with a defense, this will be a close one most likely, but if Kenny Hill can keep the ball from being turned over too much, I think TCU will come off with a major win.

Oklahoma State at Iowa State - Iowa State plays best against ranked teams for some reason and they are at home, so I think Iowa State comes off with the win

Virginia Tech at Georgia Tech - Despite the loss to Miami, I think Virginia Tech wins it.

NC State at Boston College - Boston College has to wait another week to get bowl eligible.

Washington State at Utah - Again giving it to Utah narrowly at home.

Virginia at Louisville - Virginia is overperforming, Louisville is underperforming, giving it to Louisville this time though.

Wake Forest at Syracuse - Orange is spookeh at home

Arizona State at UCLA - UCLA also tends to do better at home...

Indiana at Illinois - Illinois yikes

Nebraska at Minnesota - - does this finally get Nebraska's coach fired?

Michigan State at Ohio State - ugh, Ohio State will still win the Big 10 East, they just do better at home, although if it's gonna rain a lot, watch out Wink

Rutgers at Penn State - Penn State gon be mad now that their playoff hopes are done

Arkansas at LSU - Arkansas is just awful this year

Louisiana-Lafayette at Mississippi - Ole Miss isn't that bad....right?

Duke at Army - Army!

Iowa at Wisconsin - This was a hard pick for me....Iowa looks good but they do a lot better at home, I could see them winning based on momentum but I'm gonna give the W to Wisconsin here

Michigan at Maryland - Michigan just seems like the better team to me

West Virginia at Kansas State - I believe if Kansas State wins they become bowl eligible, but WVU is still in big 12 title contention so they should win based on their hopes.

SMU at Navy - Navy needs to rebound but I'm not sure they will.

USC at Colorado - Giving this one to USC

Kentucky at Vanderbilt hmmmm

Western Kentucky at Marshall - marshall wins after being defeated by FAU

UAB at UT San Antonio - eh I'll give it to a red hot UAB

Purdue at Northwestern - Northwestern is better than their record suggests

Tennessee at Missouri - The Fire Butch Jones train moves a little faster

Notre Dame at Miami(FL) - Miami is legit as I've said before, I think this knocks Notre Dame out of the playoff, puts Miami in real contention as they haven't been taken seriously prior to this and the last game.

Boise State at Colorado State - Boise State is decent this year.

Fun stat for y'all:

At TCU Coach P has won 11 games 9 times in the last 14 years, may be about to do it again. A&M has won 11 games 4 times in the last 100 yrs.

But yeah A&M is so superior Wink

Yes, and I'm sorry we haven't been keeping up with your scores...I just noticed that.

Schedule for Week Twelve (once again, it's an early start, so be warned)

November 14

Ohio at Akron - Ohio seems to be the better team but I've been wrong on MACtion before so

November 15

Western Michigan at Northern Illinois - pretty evenly matched, le home field helps

November 17

Middle Tennessee at Western Kentucky - Probably a big win tbh

UNLV at New Mexico - New Mexico is better

November 18

TCU at Texas Tech - oof that OU loss was bad, but TCU wants a rematch on December 2nd Wink

Michigan at Wisconsin - Another Signature win (TM)

UCLA at USC - I hope UCLA proves me wrong

Maryland at Michigan State - ah Big 10 is weird lol

Nebraska at Penn State - Nebraska is awful this year

Kansas State at Oklahoma State - Actually, Oklahoma State is still in the running to get into the Big 12 title game, they just need TCU to lose one of the next 2 games.

Mississippi State
at Arkansas - hmmm, Mississippi State is alright but arkansas is AWFUL (rip quality ooc win)

Purdue at Iowa - Iowa at home is just a different team

Minnesota at Northwestern - Still ranked!

Texas A&M at Mississippi - eh

Texas at West Virginia - I actually think this will be a pretty good game

Arizona at Oregon - I really don't know about Oregon this year.

California at Stanford - Stanford still in Pac 12 title contention

Rutgers at Indiana - Indiana finally got their first conference game win last week

UCF at Temple hmmmmm, I think UCF's undefeated streak ends this week.

SMU at Memphis - Sad!

Pittsburgh at Virginia Tech - someone lost to UNC Lol

Fresno State at Wyoming - Wyoming is decent at home

Kentucky at Georgia - Georgia lol why do u collapse, you better win this one

Navy at Notre Dame - Go Navy!

Georgia Tech at Duke - yes, I do think Duke actually wins this one in an upset at home

Syracuse at Louisville - Louisville is bowl eligible right now aren't they?

UAB at Florida - idkkk Florida might still lose this one

Army at North Texas - hope Army wins but I think UNT will win

LSU at Tennessee - Fire Butch jones! oh wait they finally did

Florida International at Florida Atlantic - The fighting Kiffins roll on

Marshall at Texas San Antonio - We love the people of UTSA!

NC State at Wake Forest - meh

Missouri at Vanderbilt - how did Mizzou go from trash to not so quickly???

Air Force at Boise State - I picked against all 3 armed forces teams, only Trump can fix!

Next year we should do like an ESPN pick em or something like that for this where we have a page with computer generated top games that we pick, a lot easier to track and score Tongue

That does make more sense...but I'm getting the games I'm choosing from ESPN, and I don't know if anyone has a computer program that generates the top games. If you come up with one let me know.
I more mean next year and what I mean is something like this:

Also, Chip Kelly has coached on Oregon and the San Francisco 49ers, so he has substantial west coast connections.

So TCU and Ohio State both lost to OU and one of the Iowa teams, TCU lost to OU by 18 and Ohio State lost to OU by 15, oh by the way Ohio State was at home, TCU was at OU. Then we get to the Iowa losses, both were at the respective Iowa's, TCU lost by 7....Ohio State lost by 31 points. Oh yes but Ohio State is a big name school so they deserve to be ahead of TCU by 3 spots.

Schedule for Championship Week

December 1

PAC-12 Championship Game (in Santa Clara, California)

Stanford at USC - I got Stanford on this one, they've been on a hot streak

December 2

AAC Championship Game
Memphis at UCF - I think UCF is better but should be a closeish one

Conference USA Championship Game

North Texas at Florida Atlantic - rematch after a massive rout

Big Twelve Championship Game (in Arlington, Texas)

TCU at Oklahoma - honestly 50/50 on this but gotta go with my team!

SEC Championship Game (in Atlanta)

Georgia at Auburn - Auburn should be able to do it again

Mountain West Championship Game

Fresno State at Boise State - Also a rematch, will be interesting

ACC Championship Game (in Charlotte)

Miami(FL) at Clemson - Please prove me wrong again Miami

Big Ten Championship Game (in Indianapolis)

Ohio State at Wisconsin - finally a positive pick, tOSU is overrated.

December 9

Army at Navy (in Philadelphia) - Think Navy has it this year.
