Manhattan loved Giuliani-97, but very unlikely to love Giuliany-17....

Why not?He saved the borough from economic and social chaos after 9-11.

After 9-11 it was Bloomberg. Elected in Novenber 2001. And Giuliany was more socially liberal then, and no immigration extremist to boot. Manhattan is not simply liberal, but very liberal on almost all social issues..

He could win the Bronx. Some Hispanics like him and Bronx whites aren't happy.
