DC is the perfect Democratic stronghold - majority-black, all urban, and a hotbed of liberal culture.

Maybe if Bernie Sanders ran against a moderate black Republican, Vermont would vote somewhat near DC, but even that is doubtful.

Only if D.C. is nuked and only one Republican remains.

We can't use my South Carolina strategy for every state, c'mon here.
