The TDP and the BJP-Jana Sena are on the verge of sealing an alliance deal for the Andhra Pradesh elections, now just three months away. According to sources South First reached out to, the BJP-Jana Sena is likely to secure six Lok Sabha seats and 35 Assembly seats as part of the alliance with the TDP.

If true then JSP will most likely get most of the 35 assembly seats and BJP will get most of the LS seats on the offer from TDP.

Following TDP-BJP-Jana Sena alliance, is YRSCP-INC alliance likely or is there too much bad blood between YRSCP and INC?

Phase 1 turnout changed from the same seats in 2019.  Turnout is down in a lot of the 2019 Modi wave states.  Turnout up in Assam which is fairly positive for BJP on likely Hindu-Muslim polarization.  Chhattisgarh turnout is also up which also most likely means BJP will make some gains there.

Does the turnout numbers take population changes into account?
