Out of interest do we have a ban on dual office holding?
Given that Spiral does not hold an office, this is an odd time to ask that question.
People in Congress are explicitly allowed to be in the cabinet and, since no one stopped me from selecting Peebs, presumably people in regional legislatures are also allowed to hold cabinet offices. 
Yeah, tmth asked me to check the Southern Constitution to see if there were any dual office holding bans. It seemed a bit odd when he asked me because I wasn't expecting to be nominated RG.
