Surprising this isn't more Republican than +18

Is there any similar data from previous elections?

I did a search for "small business owner poll obama romney" for articles around the 2012 election. Here's what I could find (listed by date, oldest to newest):

57 Romney - 32 Obama, Romney +25, unknown sample, assumed Manta poll, assumed published in the Washington Post in May, 2012. [URL]

61 Romney - 26 Obama, Romney +35, ~2,000 small business owners, Manta poll, published in the Washington Post on August 21st, 2012. [URL]

47 Obama - 39 Romney, Obama +8, 6,415 small business owners, George Washington University poll, published in PoliticusUSA on September 18th, 2012 and the Washington Post September 19th, 2012. [URL] [URL]

47 Obama - 47 Romney, Tie, unknown subsample, Gallup poll conducted September 24th, 2012 to September 27th, 2012, published in USA Today on September 30, 2012. [URL]

47 Romney - 35 Obama, Romney +12, 1,200 small business owners, Manta poll conducted in September 2012, published in the American Express October 9th, 2012. [URL]

According to the Manta polls, small business owners are actually supporting Trump more than they supported Romney in 2012.

Others polls that didn't quite fit:
Gallup poll of "Business Owners" April and May 2012
Discover Small Business Watch survey for the 2011 Midterm (???)

Yes...

If you actually disagree, what do you think it is? It appears the source is https://www.meridianglobalservices.com/swissincreasevatrate/ for that number by the way.
