Please comment your positions on issues, history or planned career, any special attributes, and anything else that might be relevant to running for office. The people of Atlas (hopefully) will determine where we think you should  where you should and let you know.

I am a largely retired lawyer with too much time on my hands who lives in a small town. Any ideas? Smiley
Would you consider yourself a moderate or liberal or conservative?

Very much a centrist. Temperamentally, on most issues, I like to try to find common ground to get something done, that most are reasonably satisfied with, as opposed to one side getting all of the marbles. I really, really dislike how toxic the public square has become. It's just awful! Sad
I think you could easily be elected to congress in a New York Swing district as either a Republican or a Democrat, whichever you think is best and I encourage you to run!
