I hope not. Metcalfe is one of the, if not the, most moderate Democrats running for Senate this year.

He's running?  From what I heard, he's just kind of on the ballot.  Mark Begich even endorsed Margaret Stock, an independent candidate.
yeah, and his campaign site says he will be just like bernie sanders.... "i will be bernie sanders' closest ally in the senate."

I dreamed that he won a huge upset with 59% of the vote.

I thought Metcalfe had been a moderate Republican. Maybe he evolved?
He was  LIBERAL republican decades ago and left the party because of the increasing religious right
