Some GOP candidates still have potential to rise. Christie, Kasich, Bush and Rubio could all still win the nomination. Cruz and Jindal potentially but less likely. Pataki, Santorum, Gilmore, Graham, and Huckabee seem to have no room to rise.

That would leave:

Trump
Carson
Rubio
Bush
Christie
Kasich
Cruz
Jindal
Fiorina

My hunch is that it's looking more and more likely to come down to four:

Trump
Carson
Rubio
Bush
Christie was dead politically after he shook hands with Obama.
