Bill barely even mention Hillary's appearance (just that she wore a dress).  Their interactions in his speech were respectful.  He spent 90% of it talking about all the good she's done, her accomplishments and achievements.   WTF?

Yeah I don't think Maddow gets it. The classic boy-meets-girl story appeals to all Americans.
