Delaware Gov. Jack Markell and Wilmington Mayor Dennis P. Williams endorse Hillary Clinton.

They were both holding out for Biden.

He didn't formally endorse but Gov. John Bel Edwards admitted he voted for Clinton in Louisiana's primary.
