Most Democrat Possible District by State

I've been trying to do something like this for Kentucky, while including my own precinct in it, and I've managed to cobble up a pretty big area that Obama won handily. It stretches from Dayton, down the Ohio River to Louisville, and then east to Lexington. In the process, I managed to avoid downtown Frankfort (despite its Democratic leanings).

62.0% Obama, 36.9% McCain. Rest of state: 61.7% McCain, 36.8% Obama. Pretty pathetic, I'm sure bandit can do better than this.

I had one that was similar except that it avoided downtown Frankfort, ran along the edges of rural counties, and stretched all the way up to Dayton in northern Kentucky. Still it was over 60% for Obama.
