As much as I keep hearing about this story, I have yet to find a single article describing exactly what this legislator intends to do.

I'm trying to figure out why this is a story in the first place.....have the Free State people had some success in the last couple of years I hadn't heard about?

Some right-wingers almost got a so-called "right-to-work" law passed there about 2 years ago. I don't know if the Free State Project was behind that, but if they were, they have no business calling themselves libertarians. "Right-to-work" laws clearly violate libertarian principles.

Which ones?  We haven't had a "libertarianism explained by non-libertarians" thread in a couple of months, we are more than due!  And Gully is here, always a bonus on this topic.

Right-to-scab laws restrict what workers do. It forces unionized workers to work for free to subsidize nonunion labor, and bars them from freely bargaining.

And without right to work laws you are forced to join a union whether you want to or not

WITH right-to-scab laws, unionized workers are forced to subsidize nonunion labor whether they want to or not.
