The reasoning behind comments like this one, which show an insane amount of Democratic working-class hatred, is exactly the reason why the majority in Kentucky voted Republican.

Working class hatred?  Not really.  Ignorant hillbilly hatred?  Absolutely.  The GOP is welcome to keep that core part of its base.
