What exactly is wrong with paying a monthly fee to a random group of mysterious neighbors for the privilege of allowing them to fine you for not pushing your trash cans three feet further away from your own driveway, or requiring their permission to repaint your own front door or change out some bushes in your front yard? It’s the very spirit of America, you communist.
