I've come to the conclusion that I have no choice but to trust Gustaf. If I don't attack Lewis, I die, if I do, I might die. I was reluctant to attack Nevada, as Teddy has allowed me to maintain control of Vegas as my personal fiefdom, like Lando Calrissian.  I ask the same from you...

You forgot Nevada. I'd be attacking there with the same number of units as are defending, I said stop if there's fewer.
So yeah, attack Nevada from California do or die. (As it amounts to the same thing as the original order now. Even though I'm of two minds on whether it's a reasonable thing to do.)

EDIT: No, sorry, I will correct that. Have one go at Nevada from California, then end that attack irrespective of outcome.

Attack South Dakota from whichever of Iowa and Minnesota has more units on it, using Iowa if they're equal. (So, start from Iowa, switch to Minnesota when I lose a unit, etc pp.) Then, attack Montana do or (most likely) die, first from North Dakota, then from South.

Move the Floridians to Alabama and end turn.

Pray that Teddy has the good sense to pass through New Mexico while he's rolling me back again.
