Despite all our talk about not following Classical Conservative's refugee plan, we hadn't done anything to replace it.
I'm willing to compromise on this bill.

I believe that the Federal Government has the power over immigration and naturalization specified in the Constitution also the Refugee Act of 1984 gives the President the power
Is Atlasia as old as the Refugee Act? I don't think so, American law is not Atlasian law.

After thinking this over, I think that doing something illegally is not the right way to do something. I withdraw the bill, and will not support an override vote.
