I have a question; would you be willing to accept a compromise that increases Planned Parenthood's funding, but restricts their ability to preform abortions?

Probably not, it would have to depend on the details.

Ok, here are some details: Planned Parenthood gets a funding raise of $100 million or more, and in return they can't do abortions. Abortion counseling is very much allowed.
