I have yet to vote for a non-Democrat in a major election, although my votes in 2014 were protests at a known outcome. Looking ahead to 2016 I can easily see myself voting GOP for the first time, if not for president than for senator.

Of course the only other election I voted in was '12, during which Romney's changing of his views didn't impress me, Mandel received too much outside money, and I actually identified as a Democrat at that time.
