He's going to get murdered in the debates.

He has suddenly conducted himself "sounding" more presidential because he reads pre-written literature from a teleprompter. He even does NOT do that correctly, as he literally stares straight into one teleprompter (instead of glancing, and moving his head left and right using both teleprompters), as if he was a child at school learning to read the ABC's from the chalkboard.

Without this type of help at the debates, I think you are correct ... He is going to get murdered.
He has no control over the topics, and he cant talk-over Hillary when she is speaking.
I hope he ends up sounding like the bumbling idiot that he is.

What if he just does talk over her though?
Trump can break all the rules of the debate... it won't matter.  Frustratingly, people don't care.  What's Hillary going to do, whine to the moderator?  Sure beats getting slaughtered on policy.

Besides we already know how Trump will survive the debate.  Question about some policy, state that some facet of the current government's policy in that area is destroying the country, rant about problems for ninety seconds, then promise to fix it, possibly with a simple three-world solution.  Take the oil.  Build the wall.  What's going on.  Rinse and repeat.

I believe I have seen moderators immediately speak-up and stop the perpetrator from talking, and remind the individual of the rules.
Hillary does not need to ask the moderator to intervene. The moderator does this automatically and immediately. And if I was the moderator, I would speak very loud about it, over powering the voice (sound) of what trump is trying to say, so that his words are lost or muddled. Scream if you must.

Edit to add : Don't they turn off the mic of the candidate who is not currently speaking ? So in other words, their voice would be difficult to hear anyway (if it is not your turn). Then they turn on your mic when it is your turn to speak ? Cant remember.

Nobody bothered to step in when it happened on several occasions in the GE debates in 2012.  Anytime this happens I have flashbacks of Romney going "Anderson, ANDERSON, ANDERSON" while Perry plowed through him.
