Is this a joke?

In 1992 Bill won Montana, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and West Virginia while losing Florida and Virginia.

Hillary's map currently stands at Obama 2012 + NC + maybe AZ/GA.
