I believe she will do the right thing.  Preferably though, the lame duck congress will push it through after the election and we won't have to worry about it.

Sadly, congressional support for TPP is now at an all time low and probably won't pass, so there is no real reason for her to support it anyway.

If Trump loses, I think a lame duck Republican Congress will pass it.  Trumpism will (likely) be discredited in the party and they will be able to vote their conscious.

Congress would need balls of steel to do that when something like 95-98% of the country will be voting for a candidate who opposes it. I'm skeptical that it would work even in a lame duck.

Trumps anti-free trade message will be discredited once he loses.  Most of the Republican congressmen who would vote against it due to fear of Trump reprisal won't have to worry anymore.
