Bernie didn't attack Clinton's character nearly enough. The "American people are sick and tired of hearing about your damn emails" line likely cost Sanders the nomination and elected Trump.

Clinton was lucky in that what cost her the general, the email scandal, was tiptoed around during the primary season.  Sanders should have tested her more, alas.

Yeah. Bernie's attacks on Clinton as a Wall Street insider only damaged her because voters thought there was a a grain of truth to them.
