Meaning if you were to vote in each state, and the candidates that were running at the time of that primary/caucus. For simplicity sake, pretend every state is an open primary.

Iowa (February 1st): Rand Paul
New Hampshire (February 9th) to Indiana (May 3rd): Ted Cruz
West Virginia (May 10th) to Washington DC (June 14th): Bernie Sanders

This is a bit more useful for the Republican primary, obviously. Most Clnton/Sanders supporters would've been supporters throughout, as would Trump supporters.
