I guess I didn't say who I would vote for, but TBH I like both of the candidates on both tickets. It would all depend on what kind of campaign they would run in a modern context.
Lincoln: A moderate-conservative Senator (because a Congressman winning the nomination is unlikely these days) from Illinois with a record and policies pretty similar to John Kasich
Reagan: A popular conservative Governor of California whose running a hopeful, idealistic campaign, so think Rubio
Jackson: A populist insurgent who's angry at the banks and big businesses for screwing over the little guy (Trump, Sanders hybrid)
Roosevelt: Also channeling hope and idealism, and has liberal rhetoric but a far more moderate and pragmatic record.
