I suspect Tom Kean Jr., Joe Kyrillos, or Christine Todd Whitman would get the seat. Maybe Kate Whitman.

Don Guardian or Frank LoBiondo(or one of his children/chiefs of staff) are the only I can see holding it against someone like Fulop or Codey.
