As I said elsewhere, France ranks the highest, as Kingpoleon would be a great boon to our need for a strong relationship with the nation of France. Aside from that, Germany, due to heritage(?), and the United Kingdom should he wish to try residence in a monarchy.
My German ancestors came near what is currently the German-French border, with at least one and maybe two marriages being the result of a male on the German side of the border and a women from the French Elsaß-Lothringen.
I suppose Australia or New Zealand.
