Assuming you are referring stand-alone map of the individual states, not relative to each other's positions:
Wyoming-Colorado(Not really, just a little bit.)
North Dakota-South Dakota
Alabama-Mississippi
Arizona-New Mexico(Not anymore)


I used to really confuse AL and MS seven when they were right next to each other until I was about 14 or so.

As for the reverse question: easily Canada. I can find it on a map of the USA rather quickly.
