I'd go for Johson. He seems pretty liberal (continental European style) except for his support for Brexit which only was fueled by personal ambition anyway.

Any of these except Rudd would be acceptable. Actually they all (except Rudd) would be absolutely amazing. But Fox and Patel are borderline unelectable.
