glasses/contacts

I currently wear glasses and I'm going to try wearing contacts.  However, my eyes are kinda sensitive.  I want contacts because I think the glasses are a major stigma on my physical appearance, but I've tried wearing contacts before and I have a hard time with them.  Anyone have any advice as to anything I can do to train my eyes to wear contacts?

Apparently, we're the minority.

Probably because the rest of us suffer from eye damage caused by the computer screen for looking at it a long time.

okay I went to two training classes for contacts.  I'm freaking out.  1st class nothing. Nada.  2nd class (today) got one in (no idea how), but couldn't get the other in.  3rd class scheduled at noon tomorrow.  Freaking out because they said tomorrow's the last day they would train me.  However I am determined to get them.  I will practice until I get it right.  Keeping my eye open enough is half the battle.  Touching it (to my eye) isn't much a problem, but it won't go in damn it!!!!  I release my finger and it sticks to my finger or it folds onto my finger.  Little help?

YES!! Got contacts to work.  It's pretty sweet.  One week of trail, then they're mine!  All mine!  BWAHAHAHhaaahahahah!!!!!1one11
