Do artistically inclined people tend to be more liberal?

I think they have a more liberal personality than a conservative one.  As far as political ideology goes, there's some pressure from friends and society for them to be more liberal.  Also, they don't care as much about offending people with their art.  I guess this would be a socially liberal position, but the "free speech" preservation issue is rarely supported by politicians who are liberal.

Gabu, I play guitar and draw sometimes, I don't try drawing anything specific, so I call it "abstract".  I know this is an excuse for sucking horribly, and I don't give a care.  What would this classify me as?
