Shouldn't Maine have been one of Kasich's best states? LOL.

Because it is a northeast state? The Republicans in this state these days are much more libertarian and constitutionalist. Good fit for Cruz.

Remember: Ron Paul won a plurality of the delegates here in 2012. No one should really be surprised by this. Not people that know Maine, at least.
