Mr Governor,

   I'm willing to work with you in regards with the Heroine Epidemic in the Northeast and try to solve the problem. If you are not willing to work with me can the Northeast work to solve the issue that are killing our children, family members and citizens.

Mr Governor,

   I urge you to veto this bill as some language doesn't make sense like the Northeast administrating a citizenship test. If this bills is signed into law, as a private citizen I may have to sue the Northeast
