Mr Governor the rules say the speaker can end the vote after the whole assembly has voted which we have. This is a 24 hour vote for this one or until we all vote.
The Madison Institute is a new college that has been founded by myself in Ashland Oregon.
If you want to Ill end the vote and you can give an admendment.

Hmmm...let's see here, I'll take this gifted and talented program, and give it to the... newest and therefore least reputable (for now) college in the entire country. Sounds risky to me.

I'm voting NAY on the final bill for now.
No, the Madison Institute is the campus for the The Governors School, they aren't running it with their people but just hosting it.
